Customer Success - EU Project Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Project Support Specialist based in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting key project initiatives. Your responsibilities will focus primarily on customer support, handling data change requests, and assisting with the creation and maintenance of documentation to drive project success. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support from users based both in Europe and around the world, responding to inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and process customer data change requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support ongoing project initiatives by coordinating tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including user guides, FAQs, training materials, and process documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and document customer interactions, escalating issues when necessary to drive resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and the customer experience.

What You’ll Need:

  • Interest in customer support, project coordination, or related job functions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
