Customer Success - Integration Analyst

Position Overview:
TruTechnologies is seeking a detail-oriented and conscientious Integration Analyst. We are looking for an “A+” player who thrives on creative problem-solving and building meaningful client relationships. The successful candidate will flourish taking responsibility for driving these projects in a fluid startup environment. You must be able to juggle multiple concurrent projects with various timelines and stakeholders, both internal and external.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Leadership: Act as primary point-of-contact to lead pharma/biotechnology customers through data integration projects of various size and scope.
  • Project Management: Balance and organize priorities and responsibilities tied to concurrent projects as well as supporting existing clients.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into preferences for data processing configuration.
  • Technical Implementation:
    • Establish expertise in proprietary integration technology and processes.
    • Develop industry and front-end product knowledge (specifically in clinical trial oversight and patient screening workflows).
    • Own file/document transfer processes from installation through support.
  • Product Evolution: Work hand-in-hand with the integration product team to test and maintain existing tools as well as identify new functionalities.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing client configuration and contribute to general customer support.
  • Documentation: Create documentation and project plans from scratch for new initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a 3.7 GPA or above.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, and database systems.
  • Demonstrated project management and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Organization: Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.
