TruTechnologies is seeking a dynamic, approachable, and visionary Data Services Lead to join our team. This is a critical role at the intersection of business transformation, technology integration, and human connection. You will play a key role in driving change across a complex ecosystem, enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless collaboration across functions. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll translate complex technical capabilities into meaningful business impact, and vice versa. Your ability to think long-term while delivering on short-term milestones will be essential to leading transformation at scale.
• Lead and execute data services roadmap & strategy aligned with the company’s long-term vision and mission.
• Provide an executive presence and serve as the lead ambassador for TruTech externally with personas across the ecosystem, including respected research sites, pharma leaders and lab partners.
• Translate between business and technical domains—making complex ideas simple and actionable.
• Align with engineering & QA in order to deliver integrations on time-based deadlines.
• Analyze and optimize complex business processes in partnership with cross-functional internal teams
• Own key transformation initiatives and change management processes across complex Pharma organizations, CROs, central labs and research sites.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, track and regularly report progress to the executive team.
• Approachable, trustworthy and someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
• A thoughtful change agent with gravitas when interacting with internal & external stakeholders.
• Not afraid of confrontation to help clients and stakeholders in their transformation process.
• A strong communicator who can adapt your message to both executive and technical audiences.
• A quick learner to iteratively learn a complex ecosystem—industry experience in pharma or labs is not required.
• Technically conversant—you understand system integration, data flow, and technical dependencies.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared goal.
• Motivated by mission-driven work and making a tangible difference.
• Collaborative by nature—team-oriented, curious, and open-minded.
• Familiarity enterprise transformation in technical integration projects.
• Background in business process management, systems analysis and/or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work onsite for key collaboration opportunities.
