Position Overview:
TruTechnologies is seeking a personable, motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing hiring and employee success team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with recruiting logistics, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll play a key part in helping us build high-performing teams while fostering a positive and professional work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Post job openings on job boards and company platforms.
- Help screen incoming applications and manage candidate communications.
- Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Track completion of onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Hiring Process Optimization
- Help maintain recruitment tracking systems and update candidate records.
- Assist with reporting on hiring progress and metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Success
- Support employee programs such as engagement surveys, events, and feedback initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to help improve the overall employee experience.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
- Support various projects and initiatives led by the Hiring & Employee Success team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Interest in recruiting, human resources, or employee development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
